The Dowling community came together in April to remember Dr. Ann Steinmetz, Associate Professor of Speech at Dowling from 1981–1999. A memorial service was held and a tree was dedicated in her name. Her tree is located by the Racanelli Center. Dr. Steinmetz was much belovede by students and faculty alike. Her presence on campus, and in our lives, will be missed.
