This was the home of Arthur K. Bourne, oldest son of Frederick G. Bourne, and it is located on the Indian Hall Estate grounds. Isaac H. Green was the architect of this Colonial Revival style house.

I am not sure of the name of this house, I have seen it referred to as Lake House and as Fernwood, so I use both names here. Please comment below if you know the actual name of this house.
