In 2008, Dowling College is proud to celebrate its 40th anniversary as an independent institution of higher learning. The Oakdale Campus is steeped in history as well as architectural beauty. The later additions of the Brookhaven Campus and the Melville Extension Center expanded the college offerings well beyond its liberal arts base to include a unique aviation program as well as extensive programs in business and management and education.
