“Diana at the Hunt” is the highlight of the Hunt Room. She was carved from one block of marble by the acclaimed Austrian sculptor, Karl Bitter. Diana’s arm and several fingers were damaged subsequent to the 1974 fire. She was restored in 1995. The green Italian marble fireplace was also carved by Bitter.
