At Your Service: The Dowling College Tutor Center


Dowling's Tutor Center is in full swing this semester, offering assistance to students in a variety of subjects. The Center offers tutoring free of charge in all subjects to all Dowling College students.

Academic Support Services is designed to develop and refine your academic skills. The dedicated professional and tutorial staff offers students personalized instruction that supplements and supports Dowlings formal academic programs. The ASC consists of the Math Center, the Tutorial Center, and the Writing Center. Tutoring is available at our Oakdale Campus and at the Brookhaven Center.

When you stop in, you will meet one of our work study students who will listen to your needs and then take appropriate action. If you don't have time to stop in, call us and make an appointment to see a tutor or to find out the schedule for a specific subject.
