      Dr. Thomas Kelly will be giving a presentation on alternative organizational self-assessment. The presentation includes doing possible needs assessments by students as well as faculty.  It also includes examples of several different organizational self-assessments. These can be used to develop agreements/consensus on priority needs and facilitate planning and improvements.  They can also be used to assess progress on efforts to improve identified priority needs.  In his K-12 experience they were used by more than 4,000 public schools.
