Applications for all 2014 Graduations will be available on 9/3/2013

If you are planning to graduate in January 2014 or May 2014, please submit your application for graduation prior to
October 1, 2013
. (Students planning to graduate in August 2014 must apply by January 31, 2014.) This will insure a timely and successful completion of the auditing and verification process.

To apply online, go to the Student Information System, click “Student Services and Financial Aid” and under “Student Records” click “Apply to Graduate”…  (Please note that your account will be charged a $100 graduation fee at the time your application is processed.)

Students graduating in August 2014 who wish to participate in the May 2014 commencement ceremony may do so by submitting a written request to the Office of Degree Audit. This option is available only to students who have six credits or less to complete during the 2014 summer sessions. The Office of Degree Audit will review each request on an individual basis and determine the student’s eligibility to “walk”.

All operating and outstanding charges which appear on your Dowling College account must be cleared. If you hold any student loans, you are required to complete an Exit Interview, which will inform you of your rights and responsibilities, including information on deferments, forbearance and consolidation.

  • For Direct Loan Exit Interview go to the Direct Loan Service Center’s website – to complete the exit online. (Please note: You will need your U.S. Dept. of Ed PIN number to complete the exit)
