Our School of Business prepares tomorrow's leaders for the challenges and opportunities of today's marketplace and the emerging world economy. Dowling's management degree is designed to equip prospective managers with the capabilities and knowledge that will serve them well in finding initial employment and allow them to advance in their chosen careers. Graduates will be prepared to make effective decisions regarding organizational resources, goals, and plans. They will also be capable of designing, operating, and controlling business systems and procedures and will understand the social, legal, environmental, technological, organizational, and international context in which American businesses operate.
