Diane Beltrani Named Director of Financial Aid At Dowling College

Diane Beltrani, most recently Associate Director of Student Financial Services at Adelphi University in Garden City, NY, has joined Dowling College as Director of Financial Aid. In this position, Beltrani will monitor and administer the College's financial aid budget in compliance with federal, state, institutional, and private funding regulations for Dowling's 7,000 students.

"Diane's extensive and impressive experience in financial aid benefits our staff, all our students and their families," said Evette Beckett-Tuggle, Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Services. "Financial aid is a key component that enables the education of the vast majority of our students, and, therefore, Diane's skill and expertise will favorably impact the lives of many."

Prior to her most recent position at Adelphi, which she began in 2001, Beltrani worked at Adelphi's Financial Aid Office for 11 years (1977-1988) in increasingly challenging positions, culminating in Director of Financial Aid.

A graduate of Adelphi University, Beltrani has been a Girl Scout Leader in Hauppauge since 1993. She lives in Smithtown.
