Dowling College Elects Three New Board of Trustee Members

OAKDALE, NY - Dowling College is proud to announce the appointment of three new Board of Trustee members including Attorney Terence E. Smolev, a resident of Jericho and partner at the Mineola-based law firm of Forchelli, Curto, Schwartz, Mineo, Carlino & Cohn, LLP Law Firm, Thomas McAteer, a resident of West Islip and Senior Vice-President for Schaller Anderson Inc. and Frank Boulton, a resident of the Bay Shore/Brightwaters area and Principal Owner/CEO of the Long Island Ducks.

Comprised of business and community leaders across the region, the Dowling College Board of Trustees is responsible for ensuring that the institution fulfills its mission of providing all students with the best education possible.

"Our primary focus at Dowling College is to serve students with the very best we can offer them. To do so, we can and must be relevant," said Dowling College President Robert Gaffney. "Having enthusiastic and capable leaders on our Board of Trustees ensures that we will fulfill our goal to support all students in their quest to learn."
