Dowling Presents an Informative, Free Workshop: How to Become a CPA in New York

OAKDALE, NY - The Townsend School of Business invites the public to a helpful, free workshop for those interested in pursuing careers in accounting. How to Become a CPA in New York will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fortunoff Hall Hunt Room, located on Dowling's historic Rudolph Campus.

The accounting profession can include jobs in CPA firms, providing such services as auditing and accounting, tax, personal financial planning and management consulting for diverse clients. Dowling College Accounting Professors will be available to meet you, answer your questions, and advise you on the educational requirements necessary before taking the CPA exam. Please bring a copy of your transcripts for an evaluation.
