Dowling College Offers MBA Programs At New Laboratory Institute of Merchandising Location
Open House Scheduled For August 24
Dowling College will host an open house on Wednesday, August 24 from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for MBA programs held at the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising (LIM), at 216 East 45th St. (between Second and Third Avenues) in New York City. Classes will begin at LIM during the week of September 12.
Dowling offers MBA programs in General Management, Banking and Finance, and Corporate Finance at LIM's new midtown Manhattan location. Those attending the open house will have an opportunity to have their transcript evaluated and can apply in person.
LIM's new location is less than a five-minute walk from Grand Central Station, and is conveniently located only a few blocks from the 4,5,6,7,S, E and V subway lines. Uptown, downtown, cross-town, and inter-borough express bus service is also within steps of the College.
At 25,000 square feet, the new location occupies two floors in a modern office building. It houses a 5,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art library, a student learning center, four computer labs with more than 200 computers, a student lounge with vending machines, study space, and eight new classrooms with advanced audio-visual capabilities.
