1 INTRODUCTION
The Proceedings of the NBEA represent the final archival records of the conference, which will be published with the Library of Congress as well as submitted to EBSCO.  To give the proceedings a high quality appearance, we require that authors follow these guidelines.  We ask you to make your document look as much like this document as possible.

2 PAGE LIMIT AND PAGE SIZE
All Proceedings papers should be 2 - 4 pages in length. Use US Letter size 8.5" x 11". The top, bottom, right, and left margins should be set to 0.70". Your document should be divided into two 3.4" columns with a 0.3 margin between the two columns. If your paper exceeds 4 pages in length, please submit $20 per additional page.

3 TYPING INSTRUCTIONS
All paragraphs should begin flush left (no paragraph indent). Right margins should be justified, not ragged (except in the title or the end of the paragraph as shown here).  Single space the body of the paper. Double line space between paragraphs, and before and after headings. Insert double line          space after the last author's name and before the beginning of the abstract.  Your paper should be printed in 10 point, Times Roman font. The 10-point font size is to be used for all headings except for the title of the paper, which is 18-point. The target is to have a 10-point text, as you see here.

Title and Authors
The title (18-point bold), authors' names (10-pt bold), and affiliations (10-pt) run centered across the full width of the page-one column 7.1" wide. Please also include phone numbers and e-mail addresses. If only one address is needed, center all address text in a single column. For two addresses, use two columns, and so on. For more than three authors, you may have to improvise.

.

Abstract and Keywords
Every submission should begin with an abstract of no more than 200 words, followed by a short list of keywords.

Subsequent Pages
For pages other than the first page, start at the top of the page, and continue in double-column format.

Page Numbering
Your Proceedings paper should not include any page numbers; they will be added by the proceedings editor.

4 SECTIONS (STYLE SHEET NAME: HEADING 1)
The title of a section should be in Times Roman 10-point bold in all capitals. Please number the sections. Do not number abstract, acknowledgements, or references section.

Subsections (Style Sheet Name: Heading 2)
The heading of subsections should be in Times Roman 10-point bold with the initial letters of each word capitalized.

Sub-subsections (Style Sheet Name: Heading 3)
The heading for sub-subsections should be in Times Roman 10-point italic with initial letter of each word capitalized.

5 FIGURES
Figures should be inserted at the appropriate point in your text. All figures should be embedded in the completed paper.
