Presenter Information
Congratulations for having a paper accepted for presentation at the 2006 NBEA Conference. Dowling College is the host institution for the 2006 Conference. The Conference site is the charming Danfords On The Sound, located at 25 East Main Street, Port Jefferson, NY 11777. The conference officially begins on Thursday evening, October 12, 2006. An all-conference breakfast is scheduled for 8 a.m. on Friday, October 13. Paper sessions begin promptly at 9 a.m. on October 13. Each paper session is scheduled to last 1 hour and 20 minutes. 4 papers will be presented at each session. 
You will have 12 minutes to present an overview of your paper with 5 minutes for questions. The moderator will be asked to strictly
enforce the time constraints to ensure that all speakers can present their material. If there is time at the end of the session,
the facilitator will open for additional questions.
Each room will have a plastic transparency overhead projector and a screen. The NBEA does not provide any PowerPoint projectors. There are no Internet connections in the conference rooms. You are welcome to bring your own portable PowerPoint projector and laptop, but you will be responsible for connecting the equipment. Please arrive early to your presentation room to provide adequate time to set up your equipment. There will be 3 sessions occurring simultaneously. Feel free to enter and leave different sessions to view the papers and participate in the discussions that interest you the most.
