Deadline to submit detailed abstracts (2-4 pages), full papers or panel proposals in Word format electronically. Submissions must have two title pages. The first page must include the title, primary track and the following information about each author: name, affiliation, address, telephone numbers and an e-mail address. Papers with multiple authors must indicate a corresponding author for future communication. The second page must only have the title to enable blind peer review.
Submissions should be emailed to proceedings editor Dr. Stuart Rosenberg at: nbea.register@gmail.com
We encourage (though not require) that your submission use the format established for the final proceedings papers. You can find the format template on this site under the link “Proceedings Format.”

Your final paper must be properly formatted to be included in the 2012 NBEA Proceedings.
The proceedings editor, Dr. Stuart Rosenberg, should receive the final version of your accepted proceedings paper or extended abstract in the required format as defined in the Proceedings Template by August 1st, 2012.
NBEA copyright policy: The copyright on your final proceedings paper is owned by both the NBEA and the author. This means that the NBEA can publish and re-publish your paper in various formats. It also means that you, as the author, can publish your own paper.
If you plan on publishing your paper in an academic journal, we suggest that you publish an extended abstract in these proceedings, rather than publish the full paper.

To be considered for the paper competitions, you must have been accepted to present at the conference.
Competitive papers should be emailed (in Word) to nbea.register@gmail.com. Be specific as to which competition you are entering. Also, please review the eligibility for the paper competition before submitting.
