April 3, 2006 Deadline to submit detailed abstracts, papers or panel proposals May 30, 2006 Acceptance notifications sent July 1, 2006 Proceedings editor must receive accepted papers and panel descriptions in order to be published in the 2006 conference proceedings. July 1, 2006 Conference registration & $175 fee must be received for BEST conference rate. July 1, 2006 Deadline for best paper submission July 11, 2006 Deadline to reserve room at the Danfords Inn at competitive conference rate. Room block is released after July 11th. Very important to book room early. |
