Under the guidance of Dr. Manley, Dr. Sharon Henle, Dowling alum, presented her research on Multicultural Issues for Practical Nurses Who Become Registered Nurses: A Difficult Path in the United States. Dr. Yu-wan Wang presented a paper; Welcome to America - Now Go Away: U.S. Policy Toward International Students. Together with Patrick Manley from Lona College, Dr. Manley presented the findings on Fiscal Equity and Its Potential Impact on the Educational Resources in New York State.
