The Department of Educational Administration, Leadership and Technology held their third annual Practical Research Symposium on Saturday, April 5, 2008 at the Brookhaven Campus. Several current doctoral students and alumni presented at the Symposium on topics such as Leadership, Administration and Achievement, Supervision of Instruction, Using data in a learning community, Students at risk and teacher’s attitudes towards cultural diversity. The mission of the symposium is to share research with colleagues and the local community to encourage discussion of relevant themes in education and leadership.

Dr. Colleen Crumlish, Harvard University, was our the keynote speaker. Dr. Crumlish delivered a keynote on "Bedside Education".
