Recently, honors students from Dr. Suanne Johnson's FYE 1090A Women's Lives class and Psy 3103C Origins of Human Nature class visited the Amercian Museum of Natural History in New York City. Along with Dr. Johnson and her students was Maryann Campagno, Faculty / HRIS Specialist in Human Resources at Dowling College and official photographer for the Honors program. The morning was spent touring various Halls of People to examine cultural diversity and women's roles around the world. After lunch at the Museum cafe, the group had a guided tour of the newly renovated Hall of Human Origins to facilitate their study of evolution and its impact on contemporary human behavior. A great day was had by all!
