Russell Ainbinder created a poster detailing results of the first years' (2004) collection of water quality data from top and bottom sites in Great South Bay, which was on display at the Fire Island National Seashores Biennial Research in Natural/Cultural Resource Management, held at Brookhaven National Laboratory from April 5-6. More than 100 people attended the two-day symposium. Students are needed to volunteer or work-study to help collect data in the Bay this summer. Call Dr. Tanacredi at ext. 3394 for more information.
