On Wednesday, May 18, the Dowling College community welcomed Christopher Pendergast to the Great Lawn at Dowling's Oakdale Campus on Day #6 of his 8th Annual Ride For Life to raise research funds for ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease). Chris and the other ALS patients are traveling from Manhattan to Montauk during the Ride For Life. Special thanks to Ron Armanini and the student volunteers who provided the beautiful music for this event.
