Vincent Benenati '83, founder of Mineola-based East Coast Orthotic and Prosthetic Corp., was the speaker at the Saturday MBA luncheon on April 16. Benenati discussed the challenges of starting his own business and growing it to a 50-employee firm that operates offices in many of the area's leading hospitals. East Coast produces custom-fit replacement limbs, back braces and other devices.
