We have arranged the Technology web pages according to function, but the staff carrying out the various functions works with little regard to heirarchy or reporting structure. We all like each other, we all need each other, and any time someone needs help, someone else in the group pitches in. All this happens with "the barest nudge" from those who claim to manage the people involved.
