Residence room ethernet jacks differ slightly between campuses:

• Oakdale Dorms: the ports are labeled A, C, D, or F. The ethernet jack is on the same box as the telephone jack. It is colored black and labeled CAT5.
• Brookhaven Dorms: the ports are labeled A, B, C, D, E, or F. The ethernet jack is on the same box as the telephone jack. It is labeled DATA.

Residence Life staff inspects ethernet and phone jacks during the normal semester-end closing process. Damaged jacks will be replaced and a charge applied to your bill. Please handle them with care.
