Good system health requires periodic maintenance. The Banner Owners Group has agreed on the following down-time schedule with an eye towards minimizing disruption of normal business:

02/2009 through 07/2010:

• February 18 - 6:00 pm Thursday
• March 16 - 6:00 pm Tuesday
• May 4 - 6:00 pm Tuesday
• June 10 - 6:00 pm Thursday
• June 30 - 3:00 pm through July 2 (Wednesday afternoon thru Friday) for fiscal year-end closing process

If any of these dates conflict with activities for which Banner MUST be available, please contact Chris Ihm at x3076 well in advance so we can discuss alternatives.
