Help Desk
Faculty, Administration and Staff requiring assistance with their PCs may contact the Office of Information Technology's Help Desk at 244-3445. Our staff and student aides, located at Room 032 in the Concourse level of Fortunoff Hall, are prepared to troubleshoot many types of problems by phone, by remote control, or by personal visit as appropriate. The Help Desk also coordinates creating new accounts for new employees of the College, computer moves, deployment of new equipment and special projects as they arise.
Staff is available Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
You may also contact the on-call staff-member at other times, for computer- or network-related emergencies, by leaving an urgent voicemail at the Help Desk phone number.
