Shared Student Address Book

Network Operations Center -- 9/2006

Back by popular demand, we are preparing to "share" a Student address book to all administrative users. This allows you to create your own distribution lists in GroupWise, for example a list of students in a particular class.

We will update this address book about once a week. There is no way to completely automate the process, so "somebody" will need to remember to do it.

Shortly you will receive an email message indicating that we would like to share our Student address book with you. Once you "accept" the book it will appear among your other address books. Here is some information about acquiring and utilizing this shared address book that you might find helpful.

You can use the GroupWise WebAccess client
(from Internet Explorer or, on campus, from your desktop icon).
