The Banner Curriculum Advisement and Planning module will give students the ability to determine what degree prerequisites have been met and to test alternate scenarios for meeting them. Their faculty advisors can assist, and Degree Audit staff can report and spot potential problems before they interfere with students' graduation plans. The Degree Audit folks have been working on the CAPP module for nearly a year and have made significant progress; they anticipate at least another 9-12 months until completion. This is one of those projects where we keep plugging away at it, a little at a time, until we get the results we want.

The Banner Advancement module enables the College to maintain good relations with individuals and businesses who help support the College, and to communicate with alumni. Previously our records were somewhat dispersed, and most financial information was kept in an outdated, difficult-to-manage database. Julie Agnes, Rosemarie Guarini, Jeff Stover and Lou Korosy were the primary movers-and-shakers in our successful migration to Banner Advancement, which is largely complete as of Summer, 2006.
