Administrative Computing Services
The office provides support for the Banner system. We maintain the database including the installation of system upgrades, performance tuning and account management. We also provide programming support to Dowling College administration. Further areas of responsibility include assisting Banner users, troubleshooting system defects and applying any necessary corrections. You can reach us at the Banner HotLine, x5033.
Banner training is available through the various departments which use it. Please contact your department head for further information.
