The Center’s Summer Science Institute at Brookhaven National Laboratory assigned Dowling students as teacher interns; they conduct ed scientific field research in Environmental and Global Warming; taught students in grades 3-8 during a 7-week hands-on science discovery project and participated in the Annual Poster Session and Symposium.
