 The Loft Theatre is seeking multi-talented dancers/singers/actors for its original production of the African Epic of Sunjata, opening Feb. 29. This is a music based production with griot Abdoulaye Diabate from Mali, directed by Tracy Bersley, that dramatizes the foundation folktale of the 13th century empire of Mali. Seeking, especially, African-Americans performers as well as performers of various ethnicities (including Hispanic, Asian, etc.).
