Abstract

• The librarians at Dowling College share techniques to promote the library through the use of displays. These techniques work for all types of libraries and combine the talents and abilities of several different individuals. Whether creating displays in the library or taking them on the road for outreach events, these techniques help establish an active presence in the community and recruit new users.
