Artist Roy Nicholson discusses 52 Weeks II, his installation currently running at the Anthony Giordano Gallery at Dowling College. Roy relates how he approached this year-long project and the connections between his painting and his Sag Harbor garden. He also discusses his previous works that adorn the Hicksville LIRR train station and Union Station in Los Angeles.
52 Weeks II is on view October 31 - December 12, 2010. A reception will be held at the gallery on Saturday, November 13 from 1:00-4:00 with Roy answering questions at 2:00.
