If you are looking for a specific journal name:

  • Enter the whole name.
  • Search as Title phrase.
  • Try variations on a title. Different databases enter titles differently. For example,
    • Lion and the Unicorn
    • Lion and the Unicorn, The
    • U.S. News and World Report
    • US News & World Report
    • News and World Report
  • If you don't know the whole title, search as All words.
  • If the title has a subtitle, e.g., Journal of Experimental Psychology: General
    • Enter a few keywords, such as "experimental psychology general"
    • Search by All words.

If you are searching the title by keyword:

  • For variant spellings, such as theatre and theater, search for both words using Any words.

If you know the EXACT name or ISSN of the title:

If you do not know the name of the journal:
