When I click on a database, I don't get the Dowling login screen.
The database links will send you through our proxy server which will connect you to a database after verifying your name and barcode number. If you get a screen asking for a password or account number, you are not going through our proxy server and will not be able to get access using your Dowling ID.
Solutions
- Make sure you are linking to the database from our A-Z list or our Subject list.
- If you are and still cannot connect, our links may need to be updated. Please report the problem to the Digital Resources librarian.
