Fulbright Scholar Program
"International education exchange is the most significant current project designed to continue the process of humanizing mankind to the point, we would hope, that nations can learn to live in peace". J. William Fulbright The Fulbright Scholar Program - administered by the Council for International Exchange of Scholars - offers fellowships to U.S. and foreign scholars to lecture and/or conduct research abroad. The traditional Fulbright Scholar Program sends 800 U.S. faculty and professionals abroad each year. Grantees lecture and conduct research in a wide variety of academic and professional fields.
