Don’t jeopardize your registration status and avoid late fees. Make payment arrangements as soon as possible! Bill due dates:
- Summer 2014: May 1, 2014
- Fall 2014: July 30, 2014
- Winter/Spring 2015: December 8, 2014
Tuition Payment Options
Tuition Payment Option 1: Make 5 equal monthly payments beginning December 3, 2013 and ending April 1, 2014.
Tuition Payment Option 2: Make 4 equal monthly payments beginning January 2, 2014 and ending April 1, 2014.
If a payment arrangement is not set up with the Office of the Bursar by December 3, 2013, payment in full for you Winter/Spring 2014 enrollment will be due on December 12, 2013.
The Tuition Payment Plan is interest free and requires only a one-time $60 enrollment fee. To arrange for one of these two plans, please contact the Office of the Bursar, Fortunoff Hall, Room 101, 631.244.3013.
Please note that payments received after December 19, 2013 will be subject to a $250 late payment fee through January 9th, 2014.
Payments received after January 9th, 2014 will be subject to a $500 late payment fee and may also result in having to re-register for classes on an as available basis.
Pay online via personal checking or savings account, go to https://bannerweb.dowling.edu/pls/PROD/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin and under Friends & Family, click “make a payment to Dowling”. You also have the choice of paying with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express online.
Pay in person.
Bring cash, check, money order or credit card to The office of the Bursar, Room 101, Fortunoff Hall, Rudolph Campus in Oakdale. 631-244-3013. Check payments will be electronically debited from your account for the amount of the check. It is College policy to write the student ID number on the face of the check or money order to ensure accurate posting.

If paying by check, please be advised that the check must be issued through an American bank.
Please be aware that bill reminders will be emailed to your Dowling email account. As a new Dowling student you have an email account the day after you register for your first semester. Visit username.dowling.edu to obtain your Dowling email address and password. For privacy reasons, when communicating on the web, the College will only use your Dowling email address.
