Dowling College participates in the New York State APTS Program. Funds are available to matriculated part-time undergraduate students who are New York State residents and whose total family NYS Net Taxable Income is below $50,550 (dependent) or $34,250 (independent). Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined by New York State. Grants range up to $1,000 per semester based upon the student’s need and available funding.

Applications, which are available online or in the Financial Aid Office, must be submitted prior to the beginning of the semester. Awards will be made on a first-come, first-served basis while funding lasts.
