I coached numerous sports at both the College and High School level, including volleyball, basketball, badminton and softball. I have taught many courses at College level as well as being a High School Physical Education teacher. Awards Connecticut Women's Volleyball Hall of Fame - College Coach 2001 Teaching Award - The Children's Center - 2001 Northeast Women's Athletic Conference Volleyball Coach of the Year - 1995 New England Region Volleyball Coach of the Year - 1994 AAUW Grant for Doctoral Studies 1994-95 - one fo 75 out of 700 applicants Interests I enjoy many activities including hiking, biking, skiing, canoeing, sailing, and numerous other sports and recreation activities. My Golden Retriever often takes me for long walks, while my two cats enjoy lazing in the sun. I hope to rejuvenate some dormant music skills in the piano and trumpet as well.
