Associate Professor of Business Administration in the School of Business, Management Department. Dr. Giglio teaches Management Simulation, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Behavior at the graduate and undergraduate level. He is an author and reviewer of academic and professional articles and books and has written 11 articles in professionsl and trade journals. Leo has has taught management simulation for 13 years and is actively involved in course development.

Leo has worked as a consultant for the past 15 years and has consulted for such companies as Philip Morris, Estee Lauder, New York Telephone, Aer Lingus and over 35 other private and public sector companies. He has also consulted for the New York State Department of Economic Development, New York State Department of Labor and the New York State Department of Social Services. He has extensive experience in the areas of organizational assessment, organizational development and strategic change. Leo has facilitated CEO roundtables, developed and ran executive workshops, designed and implemented middle and lower-level management training, coordinated and facilitated executive and organizational retreats, conducted strategic planning sessions, applied simulation to executive-level intervention, set up mentoring programs and coached senior-level executives.

Dr. Giglio earned his Ph.D. in Business from the CUNY Graduate Center, Baruch College, with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and Strategic Applications. His academic background is diverse and he has applied his knowledge and experience in 15 different industries and companies of all sizes.
