Program Highlights
  • You will be immersed in four core learning modules: research and technology, theory and applications, public policy and leadership, and portfolio and dissertation.

  • You will use the latest digital tools to conduct qualitative and quantitative research as applied to health care, and you will plan and design research projects.

  • You will examine leadership issues and theories in health care as well as internal and external community needs.

  • You will adapt conflict management resolution practices in health care and learn to manage ethical challenges and effective labor relations.

  • You will conduct pilot studies in health care and acquire the knowledge to plan and evaluate staff development programs.
