Martin Cantor, Director of the Long Island Economic and Social Policy Institute (LIESP) at Dowling College, co-hosted a special addition of "55 Forum" with Richard Rose of Channel 55, which featured a conversation with Long Island Legends, Suffolk County Executives Robert Gaffney, Patrick Halpin, Steve Levy, and John Klein. It was a rare opportunity, covering 27 years of Suffolk County and Long Island history with four county executive administrations and government.


Martin Cantor, Director of the Long Island Economic and Social Policy Institute, hosted the Round Table discussion on "Ignore Us No Longer: Long Island, the 51st State" featuring Comptroller Joseph Sawicki, Jr.
