The Drama Club's main objective is to enhance the knowledge and devotion to the dramatic arts at Dowling College by getting as many students involved. We have fun, work hard, and learn a lot.
The Drama Club was founded in the spring semester of 2004 and had a tremendous first year.
In the fall semester of 2004, the Drama Club held a successful Movie/Pizza night. We showed the film Chicago and about fifty students attended.
In the spring semester of 2005, the Drama Club along with the Departments of Dance, Drama and Music put on a production of The Fantasticks. We put on five shows, and four out of the five were to a sold out crowd. The cast included the following:
