Knowledge of systems/change theory, possession of a strong sense of humor and self are essential. Demonstrated leadership capacity in the areas of communication, collaboration, research, curriculum development, instructional pedagogy and supervision, assessment, and staff development is required.

Anticipated date of hire July 1, 2005

New York State certification as a School District Administrator is required.
