Dowling College uses Gallagher Koster for all your student insurance needs. Please click the following link to enroll or waive your insurance www.gallagherkoster.com/dowling.
Accident and Sickness Insurance
Dowling College makes available accident and sickness insurance to all students through Gallagher Koster. The College requires all resident students and all international students holding F1 and J1 visas to have adequate health insurance coverage.

Residence Students
The College will automatically provide and charge for health insurance for those residence students who have not waived the College provided insurance. The charge for insurance will be added to the semester invoice which is due and payable with the tuition and fee charges. Residence students are required to submit their insurance information online at www.GallagherKoster.com/dowling for the Fall 2012 by October 10, 2012. A $100 penalty will be charged if a waiver is received after this date.
Commuter Students
Accident and Sickness Insurance is also available to all full-time and part-time commuter students. This insurance can be purchased by enrolling online at www.GallagherKoster.com/dowling. The last day to enroll for Fall 2012 by October 10, 2012.
International Students
All F1 and J1 students are required to participate in the Dowling College’s accident and sickness insurance plan. This insurance is mandatory for the student’s entire enrollment at the College.
