The Alumni Council strives to give back in ways that will foster a sense of community amoung fellow alumni. This fall, the Dowling College Alumni Association is sponsoring a new scholarship which will be awarded to alumni, children and grandchildren of alumni who have demonstrated a strong commitment to Dowling College.

Recipients will be selected based upon the applicant's GPA, required essay, participation in college sponsored activities and an interview by the Alumni Council. Although the scholarship is not based on financial need, the scholarship application is to be filled with Student Financial Services, and the timeline for its submission coincide with all Dowling scholarships.
