This certificate program focuses the individual on the needed skills to supervise employees and to optimize performance with organizations. The certificate brings together the essential educational components that will benefit experienced professionals who have little or no college background. Specifically, the individuals most likely to benefit from this certificate are:

  • Individuals currently employed full-time regardless of industry or position.
  • Employees who have an interest in moving into supervisory roles.
  • Employees who have an undergraduate or advanced degree outside of business.
  • Self-employed entrepreneurs.
  • Individuals interested in starting a business.
  • Professional employees with industry experience, but little to no college experience.
  • Experienced project leaders who wish to/or currently supervise others.
  • Desk-level exempt or non-exempt employees who wish to progress in their careers.
  • Knowledge workers wishing to enhance skills that will allow them to effectively supervise others.
  • This program is not intended for students graduating directly from high school without professional experience wishing to pursue a business career. The B.B.A. degree program is the more appropriate path for these individuals.
