Certificate in Human Resource Management
Individuals working in the Human Resource (HR) profession will
require different skills and competencies than had been required in
the past as a result of the severe shift in their roles. HR managers are
no longer administrators, focused on the activities of hiring and
keeping records, but leaders. These courses will provide a knowledge
base for aspiring HR professionals.
