Dave Bonagura is the Managing Partner of Ernst & Young's Long Island Office. Having spent most of his twenty-eight-year career working with middle-market companies in the New York Metropolitan area, Dave understands the needs of such companies and has been successful in giving them the extra value-added services they require to grow and achieve their success.

Dave started his career in Ernst & Young's New York Office and transferred to the Firm's Long Island office in 1987. Dave currently serves a multitude of Long Island companies - both public and privately-owned - in a diverse range of industries, including high technology, manufacturing and consumer products. He has extensive experience dealing with SEC accounting and reporting issues and assisting companies going public.

Dave is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has instructed various local and national seminars and has authored several articles about raising capital.

Dave serves on the Board of Trustees of Dowling College, Catholic Charities and ProjectGRAD-Roosevelt. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Long Island Association.

He graduated with honors from Boston College with a B.S. degree in accounting.
