- Approximately 20 slides of recent and past work (past 5 years) labeled as illustrated below. You may also include color photocopies of your work, announcements and reviews from previous exhibitions.

- A slide list to match the numbered slides, provide title, date, dimensions, and medium or media.
- A resume describing your professional experience and education.
- An artist's statement.
- A SASE for the return of your materials.
