Blood Drive
Dowling’s most recent Blood Drive yielded a record 126 pints.
The Dowling College Health Services Office promotes and maintains the health and well being of students, faculty, and staff, according to the New York State Nurse Practice Act.

We offer initial care in emergencies on campus and provide care during office hours by licensed nurse at offices in Oakdale and Brookhaven. The Office provides students with medical insurance information, and maintains a current list of medical practitioners in the Nassau/Suffolk area.
The Office ensures that all students comply with New York State Law 2165, which requires students born after 1-1-57 to provide proof of immunizations to measles, mumps and rubella.

Note For Athletes: All student athletes must complete a physical examination each year. Physical exam forms can be obtained in the Athletic Office.
